Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 9 – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia will host ASEM Day on 10 March 2020 in Phnom Penh’s Wat Botum Park, aiming to promote the visibility and awareness of ASEM.

ASEM Day expects to gather 1,000 participants, including diplomatic corps, representatives from relevant ministries, and Cambodian students.

Cambodia will host the 13th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM13) on 16-17 November 2020 in Phnom Penh under the theme "Strengthening Multilateralism for Shared Growth".

The ASEM 13 2020 events includes: 11th Asia Europe Parliamentary Partnership Meeting, 13th Asia-Europe People's Forum, 17th Asia-Europe Economic and Business Forum, 10th ASEF Editors' Roundtable, ASEM Cultural Festival, 12th Asia-Europe Labour Forum, and 4th ASEF Young Leaders Summit.

ASEM was founded in 1996 and Cambodia became its member in 2004.
