Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 15 – At least 143 Cambodians, who have been stranded in Malaysia for more than a month due Covid-19, will return to Cambodia tomorrow, according to Cambodian Foreign Ministry’s announcement, which Fresh News obtained on Monday.

"After a long discussion and coordination between the Malaysian embassy and airlines regarding the 143 Cambodians who missed flight on 7 April 2020, Malaysian authority informed that they have prepared a commercial flight to send the 143 Cambodians on 16 June 2020 through flight MH762, departing Kuala Lumpur at 16:30 and expect to land in Phnom Penh on 17:25."

It is worth noting that there will be 204 passengers on MH762. Some people did not provide accurate information to the embassy; hence, they are required to purchase air tickets from the company.
