Phnom Penh (FN), Jul. 25 – Cambodia reported 23 new cases of Covid-19 on Saturday, while one patient recovered, according to the Ministry of Health’s press release dated 25 July 2020 (updated as of 12:30 p.m).

Four newly infected people were on AK538 flight from Malaysia and another four on KR708 flight from Indonesia. Both flights returned to Cambodia on 23 July 2020 with a total of 207 passengers.

Another 15 were on the same flight with 26 infected patients from Russia and Egypt returned to Cambodia on 19 July 2020.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 225 cases of Covid-19. So far, 143 have recovered.
