Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 17 – Cambodia reported one new case of COVID19, while two patients recovered on Tuesday, according to the Ministry of Health’s press release dated 17 November 2020 (updated as of 7:30 a.m).

The newly infected is a 56-year-old Cambodian-American man returning from the United States through Taiwan's flight to Cambodia on 15 November 2020, with a total of 165 passengers.

The ministry also announced that one of the two recovered patients is Cambodian lawmaker Suos Yara, who had contacted with Hungarian foreign minister.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 303 cases of COVID19 with 291 recoveries and no death.
