Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 26 – Accused sex offender and fraudster Mr. Sothea Arun continues his attempts to subvert justice by using questionable tactics in the courts of Cambodia to prevent his sentencing. His latest move failed when an Appeals Court judge rejected his attempt to question the authority of a Board Director of the parent entity of Sovann Komar and the NGO’s rightfully appointed legal representative, according to the press release seen by Fresh News on Thursday.
