Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 22 – Minister of Post and Telecommunications Chea Vandeth, on Monday, presided over a virtual discussion with Facebook representatives on cooperation in drafting technical, policy and regulation frameworks for digital services taxation on major tech companies with no local presence in Cambodia.

The discussion highlighted Facebook’s past experiences with other countries globally and in ASEAN, and the OECD’s international VAT/GST guidelines.
