Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 28 – Phnom Penh Municipal Court announced to continue the trial against the former opposition leader Sam Rainsy and his cohorts for conspiring to commit treason, demoralising military personnel, and inciting for social insecurity.

Phnom Penh Deputy Prosecutor Seng Hieng told Fresh News on Monday that the trial will be held tomorrow, presided over by Judge Ros Piseth, Judge Im Vannak and Judge Koeut Saing.

According to Seng Hieng, the court scheduled the hearing on 8 December 2020, but was delayed due to COVID19.
