Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 26 – Cambodia reported 44 new cases of COVID19 on Friday, according to the Ministry of Health's press release dated 26 February 2021 (updated as of 7:00 a.m).

Infected patients are a 24-year-old Cambodian man returning from Africa through India's flight to Cambodia on 21 February 2021, and a 28-year-old Indonesian woman returning from Indonesia through Singapore's flight to Cambodia on 23 February 2021.

Another two patients are Chinese women returning from China to Cambodia on 11 February 2021.

The other 40 patients involved in February 20 community event are Cambodian, Chinese, Malaysian and Vietnamese nationals aged between 19 years old and 39 years old, who had involved in the February 20 community event.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 741 cases of COVID19 with 477 recoveries and no death.
