Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 22 – Cambodia reported 73 new cases of COVID19, while 17 patients recovered on Monday, according to the Ministry of Health's press release dated 22 March 2021 (updated as of 10:00 a.m).

The newly infected patients are a 23-year-old and a 21-year-old Indonesian women returning from Indonesia through Singapore's flight to Cambodia on 20 March 2021.

The other 71 are patients involved in February 20 community event. They are Cambodian and Chinese nationals from Siem Reap, Prey Veng, Kampong Thom, Sihanoukville, Kep, Kandal and Phnom Penh aged between nine and 75 years old.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 1753 cases of COVID19 with 967 recoveries and three deaths.
