Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 24 – Cambodia reported 29 new cases of COVID19, while 34 patients recovered on Wednesday, according to the Ministry of Health's press release dated 24 March 2021 (updated as of 10:00 a.m).

The newly infected patients are a 30-year-old Indonesian man returning from Indonesia and a 47-year-old Filipino woman returning from the Philippines through Singapore's flight to Cambodia on 22 March 2021.

The other 27 are patients involved in February 20 community event. They are Cambodian, American, Nigerian and Chinese nationals from Tbong Khmum, Koh Kong, Kandal and Phnom Penh aged between one year old and 77 years old.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 1817 cases of COVID19 with 1033 recoveries and five deaths.
