Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 31 – The Asian Vision Institute (AVI), in collaboration with The Asia Foundation, will organise an open-floor webinar on “US-Southeast Asian Relations under Joe Biden” on Friday 2nd April 2021 at 08:30-10:30 a.m. (Cambodia Time) via ZOOM.

This webinar will discuss the recent report produced by The Asia Foundation entitled “Urgent Issues in U.S.-Southeast Asia Relations for 2021” and explore different perspectives from the region with regard to the U.S.- Southeast Asia relations under Joe Biden’s administration. The webinar also aims to support Cambodia’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2022.

The discussion will feature three prominent speakers from the US and Cambodia, including Mr. John J. Brandon, Senior Director of the Asia Foundation’s International Relations Programs, Mr. Alexander Feldman, Chairman, President and CEO of the US-ASEAN Business Council, and Dr. Leng Thearith, Director of Mekong Centre for Strategic Studies, AVI. It will be moderated by Dr. Chheang Vannarith, President of AVI.
