Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 31 – A 28-year-old Cambodian woman living in Phnom Penh died of COVID19 on 31 March 2021, according to the Ministry of Health's announcement issued today.

The woman was tested positive of COVID19 on 30 March 2021 and passed away at 14:40 of 31 March.

"The patient passed away due to severe lung disease attacked by COVID19, diabetes, respiratory crisis, and severe kidney failure," the ministry confirmed.

To date, Cambodia has registered 13 cases of COVID19 fatality.
