Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 10 – Cambodian Prime Minister on Saturday morning ordered the laboratories to test COVID19 samples at high risk areas first in order to cope with the spread of the virus.

Prime Minister Hun Sen said that the "February 20 Community" event caused serious concerns for Cambodia, which required the Royal Government to swiftly take actions.

Samples that are located in high risk area must be tested first. Other samples that are outside high risk zones can be done later, he said.

The premier urged all laboratories to implement the above recommendation in order to manage the situation in a timely manner.
