Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 11 – Cambodia reported 157 new cases of COVID19, while 72 patients recovered on Sunday, according to the Ministry of Health's press release dated 11 April 2021 (updated as of 9:00 a.m).

The newly infected patient is a 43-year-old Nigerian man returning from Nigeria through South Korea’s flight to Cambodia on 9 April 2021.

The other 156 are patients involved in February 20 community event. They are Cambodian and Chinese nationals from Takeo, Svay Rieng, Koh Kong, and Phnom Penh.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 4238 cases of COVID19 with 2152 recoveries and 29 deaths.
