Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 18 – Two Cambodian patients living in Phnom Penh died of COVID19, according to the Ministry of Health's announcement dated Sunday.

A 49-year-old Cambodian man was tested positive on 15 April 2021. He passed away at 14:45 on 18 April 2021.

“The patient had diabetes, severe lung disease and respiratory crisis attacked by COVID19”, the ministry confirmed.

A 55-year-old Cambodian man was tested positive on 15 April 2021. He had diabetes and passed away at 12:45 on 18 April 2021.

To date, Cambodia has registered 45 cases of COVID19 fatality.
