Phnom Penh (FN), May 15 – Phnom Penh authority arrested a son-in-law of Tycoon Heng Sier, who allegedly fabricated pornographic photos of TV presenter Mean Pich Rita, misleading the public and damaging the victim’s reputation.

The suspect Khorn Chhun Dara had hired a couple of men and women to take pornographic photos and share them on social media, Deputy Commissioner of the National Police General Chhay Sinarith told Fresh News CEO Lim Chea Vutha on Saturday.

Khorn Chhun Dara is known as the owner of The KOI and Tube Cafe.

Authorities are searching for other people who had involved in the above case.
