Phnom Penh (FN), May 17 – Khorn Chhun Dara, son-in-law of Tycoon Heng Sier, was sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Monday morning.

Dara allegedly involved in fabricating pornographic photos of TV presenter Mean Pich Rita, misleading the public and damaging the victim’s reputation.

Dara, who is owner of The KOI and Tube Cafe, was arrested on 15 May 2021.
