Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 16 – Prach Chan, former chairman of the First Commision of the National Assembly, has been nominated as chairman of the National Election Committee (NEC), Leng Peng Long, secretary general and spokesperson of the National Assembly told Fresh News on Wednesday.
