Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 8 – Cambodia reported 556 new cases of COVID19, 25 patients died, while 750 patients recovered on Sunday, according to the Ministry of Health's press release dated 8 August 2021.

154 newly infected patients are imported cases. The other 402 are patients involved in February 20 community event.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 81,891 cases of COVID19 with 75,495 recoveries and 1,562 deaths.
