Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 19 – The Phnom Penh Municipal Administration decided to end the traffic restriction on 20 August, Governor Khuong Sreng told Fresh News CEO Lim Chea Vutha on Thursday night.

Other preventive measures, such as the suspension of high-risk businesses, such as selling alcoholic drinks, massages, and gatherings of 15 or more people, remained in place.
