Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 10 – After claiming over 4.5 million lives and infecting almost 220 million more over the course of less than two years, the COVID19 pandemic still presents daunting challenges to the international community not only in addressing the public health crisis but also in kick-starting the post-pandemic socio-economic recovery, which requires joint efforts and close cooperation among governments and political parties across the globe.
