Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 17 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said COVID19 vaccine is the invaluable heritage for people bestowed by Cambodian king, queen mother, and the government headed by Cambodian People's Party.

The premier spoke at the launching ceremony of vaccination campaign for children aged from 6 to under 12 years at the Peace Palace on Friday.

"Vaccine COVID19 is a valuable heritage granted by the monarch and Cambodian People's Party. Our king and queen mother's contributions have pushed our success to a profound stage. Both have donated their wealth to buy vaccines, hospitals, and joined other activities to combat COVID19 pandemic," the premier said.

Cambodia has so far received approximately 30 million doses of COVID19 vaccine and has vaccinated about 72 percent of the total population.
