Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 2 – Cambodia’s His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni issued a royal decree, terminating the senior position Heng Chantha from the composition of the Supreme Council for Consultations, according to a royal decree seen by Fresh News on Saturday.

Chheng Chamroeun will replace Heng Chantha.
