Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 3 – Cambodia’s Angkor Wat is listed as the best place to visit among 29 places in Southeast Asia, according to Touropia Travel Guides Website.

“When it comes to archeological sites, travelers won’t want to miss Angkor in northern Cambodia. It contains some of the world’s most important cultural remains. These include the enormous Angkor Wat temple, the Bayon temple with its multitude of massive stone faces and Ta Prohm, a Buddhist temple ruin entwined with towering trees,” Touropia Travel Guides website wrote.

Cambodia’s capital Phnom Penh ranks number 20, while the coastal Sihanoukville province ranks number 28.

Recently, Cambodia was also ranked as “The World’s Friendliest Countries” from website Rough Guides.
