Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 21 – President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam Nguyen Xuan Phuc laid wreath at the Royal Memorial of the late king father Norodom Sihanouk on Tuesday.

The president arrived in Phnom Penh for a state visit on 21-22 December 2021, at the invitation of Cambodian king Norodom Sihamoni.

The state visit of the Vietnamese president to the Kingdom will further strengthen and deepen bilateral relations under the spirit of good neighborliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, and long-lasting peace and stability between the two countries for the mutual benefits of the two peoples.
