Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 28 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen reaffirmed that only the king, the government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation have the rights to speak on the kingdom’s foreign policy.

The premier spoke in an inauguration ceremony of Cambodia-Korea Friendship ENT Building at Ang Duong Hospital on Monday.

"Only the king, the prime minister and the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have the rights to speak formally about foreign policy of Cambodia. Others’ statements are just the analysis and research, not official,” the premier said.

His statement was made in response to comments made by some analysts on Cambodia’s vote against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
