Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 28 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen believed that Russia can neither take over Ukraine nor dissolve the Ukrainian government and people, speaking in an inauguration ceremony of Cambodia-Korea Friendship ENT Building at Ang Duong Hospital on Monday.

The premier analysed that Russia cannot attack Ukraine as the total population of Ukraine is approximately 40 million and the active troops are more than 200,000, adding that a negotiation is the only solution to end the war.

“I do not believe that Russia can easily take over Kiev as it has been more than a month now. I also do not believe that Russia is able to dissolve Ukrainian government,” the premier underlined.

“I believe that the last option between Russia and Ukraine is a ceasefire and an agreement,” the premier added.
