Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 31 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen advised the Ministry of Economy and Finance to prepare strategic oil reserve to hedge against future risks, for instance, Russia-Ukraine war crisis.

The premier spoke at the inauguration ceremony of the Choam Chao flyover and tunnel on Thursday (Mar 31) in Phnom Penh.

“Currently, Cambodia relies on private oil importers, so the Royal Government must increase oil reserves to prevent any problems in the future,” the premier underlined.
