PM Hun Sen: Cambodia Has 6M Tons of Rice Surplus and Mines over 2 Tons of Gold in 8 Months (Video Inside)

Phnom Penh (FN), May 12 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that Cambodia has a surplus of more than 6 million tons of rice, while gold mining in Mondulkiri province has yielded over 2 tons.

The premier spoke during a meeting with Cambodians living in the United States and Canada on Thursday (May 12).

“Our agriculture sector is growing, as we have a surplus of more than 6 million tons of rice per year,” the premier underlined.
