Phnom Penh (FN), May 12 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen shared two Cambodia’s principles in Russia-Ukraine war, speaking during a meeting with Cambodians living in the United States and Canada on Thursday (May 12).

"Cambodia has voted in favor of a resolution against Russia's invasion of Ukraine. I hope Russia understands us as we have two main principles. Firstly, we do not encourage secession, no matter where it is. Cambodia does not recognize Kosovo’s secession from Serbia nor the secession of Donbas region from Ukraine," the premier underlined.

"Secondly, we oppose the use of force or the threat of using force in international relations, in particular the invasion of other country,” the premier added.
