Phnom Penh (FN), Jul. 7 – Cambodia will host the 32nd SEA Games in 2023, and to ensure the smooth holding of the 32nd SEA Games, a signing ceremony was held between Cambodia Shooting Federation and LIXIN Group on 6 July 2022, in which LIXIN Group fully supports the construction of the shooting competition venue for the 32nd SEA Games.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Meach Sophana, secretary of state of Ministry of Interior and president of Cambodia Shooting Federation, Kevin Hsu, CEO of LIXIN Group, guests, and media.

During the ceremony, Meach Sophana, secretary of state of Ministry of Interior and president of Cambodia Shooting Federation, said in his speech that with less than a year to go before the opening of the 32nd SEA Games, shooting is one among the important competitions of the SEA Games and the construction of the shooting venue is particularly urgent and necessary. In this context, the support of LIXIN Group is deeply welcomed and appreciated.

Kevin Hsu, CEO of LIXIN Group, said in his speech that the shooting venue is located in the SNC (SIHANOUKVILLE NEW CITY OF LIXIN), Preah Sihanouk province, which is positioned as a national sports training and competition venue in the Kingdom of Cambodia and is also the main venue for the shooting events of the 32nd SEA Games. The venue should not only meet the requirements of the shooting competition during the 32nd SEA Games, but also be open to the general public and shooting sports professionals after the competition.

Since its arrival in the Kingdom of Cambodia, LIXIN Group has always been concerned about the development of sports in Cambodia, actively sponsoring various domestic sports events and visiting athletes regularly, of which contributing towards the development of sports in Cambodia. The shooting venue constructed in Preah Sihanouk province is not only used as a venue for shooting competitions to ensure the smooth running of the 32nd SEA Games, but in the future can also undertake shooting athletes' training and train more shooting sports professionals for Cambodia.
