Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 15 – The first batch of class on Business Sammamagg (conducting business on the right manner) which is initiated by Ieng Sotheara, a prominent Cambodian businessman who practiced Buddha dharma in his businesses, and the other two co-founders, has successfully completed and called for the second batch.

Am Lim Heng, First Deputy of the Supreme Patriarch of Khmer Sangha held on 13 August 2022 at Tnaot Chum Resort, Phnom Penh’s Chbar Ampov district.

Ieng Sotheara said that class on “Business Sammamagg” aims to teach businessmen to do businesses in the right way in accordance with the teachings of the Buddha, which will bring them prosperity and happiness.

Sotheara continued, after completing the class, the students will see progress on (1) personal growth, which includes knowledge, health, virtue, and capability; (2) social progress, the contributions to socio-economic development; and (3) environmental sustainability, the commitment to conserve and protect nature.

Sotheara pledged to continue class on “Business Sammamagg” in order to bring benefits to students and for the country’s development.
