Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 3 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that the world is moving towards the global economic crisis due to Russia-Ukraine war and mutual sanctions, speaking in the graduation ceremony of nearly 4,000 students of Vanda Institute, held on Monday (Oct 3) at OCIC, Phnom Penh’s Chroy Chongvar district.

“The mutual sanctions not only affect the Russia and Europe, but also the innocent nation like Cambodia,” the premier said.

Samdech Hun Sen recalled global economic crisis in 2008 that pushed Cambodia to close some factories. He hoped that the involving countries will take compromise to avoid global economic crisis.
