Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 17 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen told the opposition group that the replacement of ministers is the right of the prime minister, which does not require consent or advice from opposition group.

The premier spoke at the graduation ceremony of over 6,000 students of National University of Management (NUM), held on Monday (Oct 17) at OCIC, Phnom Penh’s Chroy Chongvar district.

“I do not need your advice or consent to replace a minister,” the premier underscored.

“Wait until you become a prime minister, and do as you wish,” the premier said.
