Banteay Meanchey (FN), Oct. 23 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said Cambodian People's Party (CPP) stands with citizens with thick and thin and leaves no one behind, speaking in a meeting with flood victims in Banteay Meanchey on Sunday morning (Oct 23).

"CPP leaves no citizens behind. That is the strength of CPP. When the problem occurs, Hun Sen is always there to help. Although my strength decreases, I shall continue to sacrifice for my citizens," the premier underscored.
