Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 24 – On Sunday (Oct 23), Hun Manet, president of the Central Youth of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), sent a congratulation letter to Chinese president Xi Jinping for being re-elected as the general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

“I am delighted that you have been re-elected as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) at the recent 20th CPC National Congress. On this auspicious occasion, I would like to express, on behalf of the Central Youth of the Cambodian People's Party (CYCPP), my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency,” according to a letter seen by Fresh News on Monday (Oct 24).
