Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 14 – The Royal King Norodom Sihamoni, as a youth, pictured with the president of Czechoslovakia, Antonin Novotny, circa 1963. These images were taken by the photographer, Jiri Rublic, and they were a small part of the Documentation Center of Cambodia’s (DC-Cam) exhibit, titled “A Cambodian Dream.” Reflections from a timeless past, the images were well received by the Royal Family.

DC-Cam’s exhibit was curated by DC-Cam director, Youk Chhang, with guidance from Norodom Arunrasmy and Hun Mani, in support of the 100-year anniversary of the Cambodian late king father Norodom Sihanouk. With the permission of the Royal Family, DC-Cam kept this exquisite exhibit open for the 40th and 41st Association of Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN) summits and associated events.
