Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 1 – Cambodian prime minister said that the director general of Electricite du Cambodge (EDC) Keo Rattanak will invite the Japanese Minebea company to conduct a feasibility study in setting up a factory in Pursat Province that uses solar power as a major supply.

The premier spoke during the 11th anniversary of Minebea establishment in the kingdom, held on Thursday morning (Dec 1).

“Keo Rattanak will accompany CEO of Minebea Yoshihisa Kainuma to Pursat province in order to study the setting up of factory using solar energy,” the premier underscored.

According to the premier, when the Japanese investors come to Cambodia, they ask about electricity price and skilled labor.
