Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 6 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen advised officials not to send him long messages and bad news in the early morning.

The premier spoke at a graduation of nearly 2,000 students of Institute of New Khmer, held on Monday (Mar 6) at the OCIC, Phnom Penh.

"The message sent to me should not be too long. Some voice messages I have not listened yet. If I listen to all, it would take me around five hours."

“[...] Well, even if you send me a voice message or a text message, please make it short and avoid sending bad news in the early morning,” the premier added.
