Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 22 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen announced that Cambodian lieutenant general Mao Sophan, commander of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces’ (RCAF) Brigade 70, will be promoted to become a commander of the Cambodian army once Hun Manet enters political career.

The premier spoke at a graduation of nearly 5,000 students of Vanda Institute, held on Wednesday (Mar 22) at Diamond Island.
