Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 13 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen further urged landlords not to raise the house rental fee while the workers' wages raised.

The premier spoke on Tuesday morning (Jun 13) during his meeting with nearly 20,000 workers in Phnom Penh.

The minimum wage of workers in the textile, garment, footwear, and travel bags in 2023 has increased to USD 200 per month, up from USD 40 in 1998.
