Kandal (FN), Jun. 29 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen further called on factory workers to jointly maintain harmony, prevent drug trafficking and HIV/AIDS transmission in the workplace.

The premier spoke on Thursday morning (Jun 29) during his meeting with nearly 20,000 workers in Ang Snuol district, Kandal province.

"We must continue to jointly maintain harmony. I want the factory to become a peaceful community,” the premier underscored.

In addition, Samdech warned that a factory should not be a place to use or distribute drugs and to form gangsters, and urged immediate resolution of all disputes.

On that occasion, the premier underlined that HIV/AIDS is now a rising concern for the nation and he called on people to protect themselves from the disease, as well as the COVID19 disease.
