Pursat (FN), Jun. 30 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that a diplomat must be good at economic diplomacy before being appointed as ambassador, speaking on Friday morning (Jun 30) during his meeting with nearly 7,000 workers in Pursat province.

"Economy is the leading factor. If one is not good at economic diplomacy, one shall not be appointed as ambassador," the premier underscored.

The premier said when two countries have good economic relations, their political ties will also be strengthened.
