Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 22 – Timorese ambassador to Cambodia Ermenegildo Kupa Lopes sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

"I am confident that under the genuine and visionary leadership of Your Excellency, Cambodian people have made impressive development achievement in the great cause of national construction," according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Tuesday (Aug. 22).
