Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 23 – Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

“I am confident that based on the firm foundations laid down by your father, Cambodia will continue to develop further,” according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Wednesday (Aug. 23).
