Kampong Speu (FN), Sep. 9 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet asked for understanding from the civil servants, the armed forces and all stakeholders on recent reforms.

The premier spoke on Saturday (Sep. 9) during a meeting with nearly 20,000 workers in Kampong Speu province.

The premier added that the reforms were made in the interest of the nation, and set out a slogan, “reform for all and all for reform”.

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei Manet mentioned the recent reforms of the civil service exam, as well as the reform of advisors and assistants in various ministries and institutions.

Samdech said, "I ask for your understanding and your participation in the reform.”

In addition, the premier added that there are some side effects resulted from the reforms; therefore, it requires sacrifice and participation for it to be successful.
