Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 7 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet announced a soft launch of the bridge connecting Koh Pich satellite city to the Koh Norea development area during the three-day Pchum Ben holidays to reduce traffic congestion and facilitate citizens' travel.

Phnom Penh governor Khuong Sreng told Fresh News earlier on Saturday (Oct. 7).
