Beijing (FN), Oct. 18 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet delivered a keynote address on “Digital Economy as a Source of New Growth” at the third Belt and Road forum, under the theme "High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity”.

The forum was chaired by Chinese president Xi Jinping on Wednesday (Oct. 18) in Beijing, China.
