Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 7 – Under secretary of state of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ke Sovann met German ambassador to Cambodia Stefan Messerer and deputy head of mission of French Embassy to Cambodia Fabrice Etienne on 6 November 2023 to discuss a cooperation under the framework of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
