Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 29 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet stated that the success of the win-win policy relies on the active participation and loyalty of those working alongside Samdech Techo Hun Sen, speaking on Friday (Dec. 29) during a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the end of Cambodian civil war, held at Win-win Memorial monument, Phnom Penh.

Samdech Thipadei underscored, "Certainly, Samdech Techo is the architect of the win-win policy, providing guidance and leading its execution with wisdom. However, the win-win policy alone cannot achieve success without genuinely engaged operators. Core operators and leaders, who hold significant influence in this context, must participate faithfully. Without sincere involvement, we cannot bring an end to the war and ensure sustainability."

In particular, the benefits of ending the war through win-win policy are enjoyed not only by critics and skeptics but also by those who initially did not trust or believe in this policy. They now reap the rewards of peace and development through the implementation of this policy.

At the same time, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet underscored that the construction of the Win-win Memorial monument serves as a symbol for all Cambodians, representing peace. This monument celebrates the collective achievements of the Cambodian people and serves as a historical reminder for future generations the value of peace.

It should be noted that under the wise leadership of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the founder and guide of win-win policy, along with the active participation of operators in the spirit of practicing with confidence and seeking peace, national unity has been achieved. Recognizing the high value of the right to life, freedom, and dignity of the Cambodian people, Cambodia now enjoys a complete peace and national unity.
